Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

Access to and use of the roda4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of our services:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. roda4d strictly prohibits access by minors. We conduct age verification during KYC and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and any Balance forfeited.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing the roda4d Platform is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent are not eligible to register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on roda4d. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from the roda4d Platform or from any other gambling platf orm through a mutual exclusion agreement that covers roda4d. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of roda4d and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold Player accounts or participate in any wagering activity on the Platform.

To access the full range of roda4d services, you must register a Player Account by completing the registration form accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to Account Registration:

3.1 Accurate Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration details is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. roda4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. roda4d accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

3.3 Account Verification

roda4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Unverified accounts may have deposit and withdrawal functionality restricted until KYC is completed satisfactorily. Please refer to Clause 7 for full details on the KYC process.

3.4 Account Closure

roda4d reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at its sole discretion if it determines that these Terms have been violated, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any confirmed Balance will be returned to the Player through the original payment method used for deposit.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

roda4d currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Indonesian residents:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard-linked debit cards issued by Indonesian banks.

All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). roda4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via cryptocurrency at this time.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via local bank transfer and supported e-wallets are typically credited to your Account Balance within minutes. roda4d is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated periodically without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the roda4d finance team within 24 hours of submission, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification (Clause 7). Withdrawals are paid only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified bank account held in the Player's own name. roda4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above Rp 10.000.000 (ten million Rupiah).

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. roda4d reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant Account balances. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be closed without further notice.

roda4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses are available to registered Players who have completed KYC verification and who are in good standing on the Platform. roda4d reserves the right to exclude any Player from receiving a bonus at its sole discretion, including where abuse of promotional terms is suspected.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default Wagering Requirement for deposit-match bonuses on roda4d is 30x the bonus amount. Wagers placed on certain game types (including but not limited to togel — Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery — and low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all toward fulfilling the Wagering Requirement. Applicable contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not wagered through in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without further notice. The standard bonus validity period is fourteen (14) days from the date of credit unless stated otherwise.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

roda4d prohibits bonus abuse in all forms. This includes, without limitation, registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets across outcomes to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine game risk, and any form of collusion with other Players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, roda4d reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, void associated winnings, and permanently close the Player's Account.

5.5 Promotional Campaigns

roda4d periodically runs seasonal promotional campaigns tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major international football tournaments including the FIFA World Cup and the AFF Cup (Piala AFF). The specific terms and duration of these campaigns are published on the Platform at the time of launch and may not be combined with other active promotions unless explicitly stated.

All games and betting markets available on roda4d operate under clearly defined rules. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game or market before participating. The following general gameplay conditions apply across the Platform:

• Finality of Results: The result of any game round or settled bet is final once confirmed by the Platform's system. roda4d accepts no responsibility for decisions made by Players based on incomplete information.
• Sports Betting: For football markets including Asian handicap (voor bola — a popular handicap-style betting format) and accumulator bets (mix parlay — a multi-selection parlay wager), results are determined by the official score at the end of regulation time unless otherwise stated. In-play markets are settled in accordance with the live-match state at the time of acceptance.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game results are final as declared by the dealer and confirmed by the studio's game management system. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round result, where determinable, will stand. Where a result cannot be confirmed, the wager will be voided and the stake returned.
• Togel Markets: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by official source data and independently verified. Any discrepancy between displayed odds and the Platform's official odds at the time of bet acceptance will be resolved in favor of the odds recorded in roda4d's system at acceptance time.
• System Errors: In the event of a software or system error that affects the outcome or display of a game, roda4d reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes. Winnings paid as a result of a verifiable system error may be reclaimed.
• Maximum Win Limits: Individual game and daily winning caps apply across all game categories. Maximum win limits are displayed within each game's rules page. roda4d reserves the right to cap payouts at the stated maximum regardless of the theoretical win outcome.

roda4d is committed to operating a secure, fraud-free environment. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawals are processed. KYC may also be initiated at any point during a Player's use of the Platform.

7.1 Required Documents

Indonesian residents are required to submit the following documents for KYC verification:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification — the National Identity Card (KTP) is the preferred document for Indonesian residents.
• A recent bank statement or utility bill dated within the past three months confirming your registered residential address.
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face, taken at the time of submission.
• For withdrawals above Rp 50.000.000 (fifty million Rupiah), a copy of your bank account book (buku tabungan) or a bank-issued statement confirming that the withdrawal account is held in your name.

7.2 Verification Timeline

roda4d aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Players will be notified by email once verification is complete. Where additional information is required, the support team will contact the Player directly via the registered email address.

7.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

Where a Player is unable to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe, roda4d reserves the right to restrict or permanently close the Account. Any Balance held in the Account will be retained pending resolution of the verification issue.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the roda4d Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on roda4d, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games on the Platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system malfunctions to generate gains that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with roda4d staff.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or any other Responsible Gaming restriction imposed on your Account.
• Using the Platform in any manner that disrupts, damages, or impairs the service for other users.
• Conducting charge-back requests on deposits that have been wagered, constituting fraudulent misrepresentation to a financial institution.

roda4d is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a suite of self-service Responsible Gaming Tools that are available to all registered Players at no charge. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively to manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are prepared to sustain over a given period before the Platform restricts further wagering activity.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications when you have been logged in for a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration of your choice.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

All content on the roda4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphic elements, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of roda4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of roda4d.

Unauthorized use of roda4d's intellectual property may result in Account termination and civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, roda4d's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

roda4d expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or delays caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or circumstances beyond roda4d's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's own failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to maintain Account security.
• Actions taken by roda4d in good faith in response to suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

roda4d collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will never be sold to third parties. roda4d shares data only where required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, or where required by law. For full details on how roda4d handles your personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.

roda4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, roda4d will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the registered email address on file. Non-material updates (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not affect Player rights) may be published without prior notice.

Your continued use of the roda4d Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which roda4d holds its operating license.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and roda4d, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Players should submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected] detailing the nature of the dispute. roda4d will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within ten (10) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable dispute resolution body designated by roda4d's licensing authority. roda4d's decision on all gaming and wagering disputes shall be final and binding, subject only to the Player's right to seek external dispute resolution as provided above.

Players accessing the roda4d Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that they are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with applicable Indonesian law. roda4d makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
